About Us

Since 1994, Softpak has been developing innovative products for the financial industry, and our software has been powering some of the biggest investment firms in the world. Our approach has always started with listening – truly partnering with our clients to identify the need and designing efficient, cost-effective solutions. Leadership Team

Naaz Scheik is Founder and CEO of SoftPak Financial Systems. He started his career as a quant analyst at Wellington Management in Boston and left to start SoftPak in 1994. He built the company around a mission to improve financial technology software, making it easier to use and providing analytical tools for portfolio managers. Under his leadership, the company has grown to more than 150 people worldwide and has expanded its capabilities from custom software to consultant placement and packaged software products. He holds a Masters in Mathematics and Physics and studied at Tufts University in Massachusetts and the University of Karachi.

Christopher Stewart is Director of Client Relations for Softpak. He is responsible for ensuring that our customers’ expectations are exceeded at every stage of their interaction with Softpak’s products and services. Aside from overseeing client support and education, Christopher is also responsible for leading the firm’s sales efforts of their scalable wealth management products. Prior to joining SoftPak in 1999, Christopher spent 5 years in the data storage industry. As a business analyst at EMC, he designed a change management solution for tracking and measuring trends within the data-storage industry, thus allowing EMC to more effectively respond to the increasingly competitive landscape. Prior to EMC, he held senior management positions in sales and support with More Solutions, an entrepreneurial venture focused on selling storage solutions to the mid-range marketplace. Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont, and an MBA with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College

Erica Scheik serves as Chief Marketing Officer for SoftPak. Prior to joining SoftPak, Erica was Chief Brand Officer at Care.com from 2011 to 2017. Previously, she was Vice President & Director of Creative Strategy at Jack Morton, where she oversaw a team of digital strategists and brand planners. In the three years prior, she served as a Creative Director at Staples, where she helped launch the Easy Button campaign and developed the brand voice for the company. Erica has helped shape brand experiences for several Fortune 500 companies, identifying offline and online opportunities that engage audiences and inspire action and conversation.

Sadaf Mahmood is serving as Head of Software Engineering and Architecture. She is responsible for managing client’s requirement and technology teams to develop the technical vision and roadmaps for assigned product. She uses a customer-centric approach to help identify and deliver effective solutions that solve the problems. She has experience in delivering solutions to multiple clients for various products on various platforms in the areas of Portfolio Optimization and Rebalancing. Sadaf earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Karachi and Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi.

Kazim Rizvi is Head of Project Management Office at SoftPak. He oversees project management activities and implements project management tools and processes to ensure standardization of PMO best practices. He also manages the development of SoftPak’s Portfolio Rebalancing line of products and works closely with our clients and engineering teams to identify new product features that satisfy our customer’s requirements. With a background in Software Engineering prior to joining SoftPak Kazim has served extensively in project and product management roles across different domains. He has a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi.
